**Role Overview**
**We are looking for**:
As Process engineer, you report directly to the Unit Manager. You are based on site.
**We count on you for**:
- **Process**:
- Provide daily technical support and actively participate in problem solving.
- Support industrial trials and Capex projects.
- Take part of the risk analyzes and manage the various studies and projects for HSE compliance.
- Develop the Manufacturing Excellence best practices in collaboration with the Unit Manager
- **Projects**:
- Take part or lead improvement project on PVDF unit.
- Introduce new processes and technologies to reduce our footprint, improve the competitiveness and sustainability of the production units (support cost estimate, construction and start-up activities).
**You will bring**:
- Bac + 5 minimum
- Chemical or Process Engineer with a first experience of 3 to 5 years in a production plant with a strong technical knowledge of batch processes, stripping, drying and distillation.
- You have a good knowledge of the operation and use of technical equipment.
- Motivated by process optimization and teamwork.
- A 6sigma type training (Green or Black Belt) would be a plus.
- Analytical mind, problem-solving oriented
- Involvement, teamwork ability and good communication and understanding skills.
- The practice of English is imperative.
