**We are looking for**:

- The Process Engineering Manager will be the leader of the Process Engineering Team.
- In this position you will be the owner of the know-why of the processes running at the Site and, by this, owning the activities related to the design of the new processes and the improvement and modification of the existing ones. Leveraging the knowledge, you will contribute to the development and the creation of the industrial roadmap of the Site
- The Manager will be a member of the Management Team of the Site and will report to the Process Technology Director

**We count on you for**:

- Keep a focus on the safety and environmental compliance in every activity in the area of competence (process design, support to Manufacturing )
- Manage the Team and activities at Tavaux site to ensure the appropriate level of support for key projects (sustainability & growth) which you have contributed to identify and define in the frame of the site Management.
- Provide the process design support to make safe, reliable, cost effective and sustainable the operation of the plant
- Provide process knowledge for the improvements in HSE, Quality, Production, Cost and Sustainability performance
- Contribute to development and design of CapEx projects i.e to implement the industrialization of new processes
- Work together with the Assett Manager, Business Line Manager and Site Leadership to define the Industrial roadmap of the site.
- Coordinate and prioritize Team activities based on input from stakeholders (Site Leadership, Business Line Manager and others).
- Participate in Process Hazard Analyses, MOC/PSSR, Incident Investigation
- Maintain a working knowledge of all plant Environmental standards (Air/Water Permits, SPCC, Storm Water Pollution Prevention), Hazardous Waste rules (RCRA), and Emergency Response procedures.

**You will bring**:

- Degree in Chemical Engineering
- 10+ years of relevant experience (with experience in team management)
- Strong safety values with experience in Process Safety Management elements
- Experience and enthusiasm for managing complex technical issues
- Solid knowledge of chemical reaction engineering and unit operations fundamentals
- Strong team leader
- Proven results-oriented person
- Good managerial and communication skills (oral and written)
- Self-motivation, determination and teamwork skills
- Ability to mentor and coach his team member
