**MISSIONS**
- CRM Manager owns the responsibility to lead, optimize and secure good adoption/usage of Janssen France CRM.
- Her/His strong skills in terms of Coordination/influence such as a local and EMEA level will secure our CRM efficiency and development.
- To do so, he/she will be in charge to coordinate all the related stakeholders (internal & external) to reach this ambition for all Therapeutic Areas of Janssen France.
**MAIN ACTIVITIES**
As CRM manager your main responsibilities are:
- Secure consistency between local and EMEA roadmap for CRM development
- Make the France team well-known for its CRM expertise, and take a seat as the CRM champions/influencer in the EMEA team
- Secure CRM & Marketing automation good practices mastering and exploiting their full capacity (development, releases, adoption/change management)
- Manage all project CRM related like POA, Sectorization, qualification phase, etc.
- Identify improvement opportunities in term of: Business usage/process, productivity, etc.
- Secure Data quality in the CRM with the support of the Data Steward
- Secure CRM conformity with Local/global regulation (GDPR, DMOS, lois Bertrand, etc.)
- Seek and develop for innovations in support and with the CEDD team
- Develop our team Marketing automation capacity by securing & optimize content delivery efficiency
- Maintain a competitive watch on CRM & Marketing automation
In order to fulfill these missions, you will get the Management/coordination of the related teams (incl. internal & external colleagues)
**MAIN CONTACT & NETWORK**
- **Internals**:
- The CRM Manager is under the management of the Customer Engagement Manager, and belong the CEDD (Center of Excellence Digital & data)
- At the local level you will be a key contact for Business Unit (especially for CVT, CVTL,NSM, OCM, RSD, etc.) but also for IT, regulatory medical, BI and “non-sedentary” teams.
- At and EMEA level you will be the key point of contact for the EMEA team.
- **Externals**:You will be a key contact for providers and non-JNJ partner
**Qualifications** REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS**
- **General Education** : Graduate from business school Bac+4/5 OR relative industry experience(s)/position in CRM, enabling him/her to develop a strong Leadership/ expertise on CRM and project management
- **Professional Experience**: Successful Experience with transversal team management. In implementation/management of CRM solution. Expérience with marketing automation solution is a plus.
**_Languages:_**
- Fluent English (read & write)
- Fluent French (read & write)
**Other**:
Travel abroad (Europe) may take place (3 to 6 times a year)
A telework agreement is in place at Janssen (up to 3 days of telework granted)
