**Internship overview**
To strengthen our Event Management and Procurement Team, we are looking for an Event Management Technical Support intern.
The Event Management Technical Support Intern ensures that tickets are purchased from specified suppliers and are delivered according to agreed terms and conditions. An important aspect of this role is seeking maximum value for the company through time and cost agreements while working with technology advanced products.
**Main tasks & responsibilities**
- Assist with the setup and ongoing maintenance of event ticket shops
- Upload and manage event and product content to enhance online sales performance
- Assist with the technical configuration of ticket shops for events across various platforms
- Perform regular content reviews and updates to ensure accuracy and alignment with e-commerce standards
- Update banner content to support promotional campaigns
- Conduct QA testing during shop launches and throughout the sales cycle
- Perform regular visual content checks, uploads and updates across all platforms
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in purchasing services
- Self-starter with a high level of initiative, strong sense of ownership and a disciplined approach to quality and drive results, problem-solving
- Strong aptitude in working with numbers (very good knowledge of Excel)
- Rigor, strong attention to details
- Comfortable with presenting and communicating to external and internal audiences
- French + English Language is a must, additional languages would be a plus
- Strong work ethic and appreciation for a team-oriented, collaborative environment
Work Location: Hybrid remote in 98000 Monaco
