**Internship overview**

To strengthen our Product team, we are looking for a motivated Trainee in Product Management. This position reports to the Head of Product and will play a crucial role in supporting the product team by managing ideas, prioritizing needs, and assisting with new projects like the development of a new corporate/product website and branding initiatives.

**Responsibilities**
- **Idea management**: gather and document ideas and needs from various sources including internal teams, customers, and market research. Help in prioritizing these ideas based on business impact and feasibility
- **Assist in defining needs**: work closely with the product management team to define and document the needs for new features, enhancements, and projects
- **Project support**: assist in the development and launch of new projects such as the corporate/product website, branding initiatives, and other strategic projects
- **Collaboration**: work in synergy with a multidisciplinary team comprising graphic designers, UX professionals, developers, and business experts to bring projects to life
- **Documentation**: support the maintenance and updating of essential product documentation, including user guides and project requirement documents (PRDs)
- **Market research**: assist in conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and inform project decisions

**Requirements**:

- **Pursuing or recent graduate in Bachelor’s Degree** in business, marketing, computer science, or a related field
- **Strong organizational skills**: ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- **Attention to detail**: meticulous in documenting ideas, needs, and project requirements
- **Basic understanding of digital marketing and product management**: familiarity with concepts related to e-commerce, website development, and branding is a plus
- **Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace**:

- **Collaborative mindset**: comfortable working in a team-oriented environment
- **Comfortable with the Adobe Creative Cloud suite is a big plus**:

- **Basic experience with tools** such as JIRA, Trello, and Confluence is a plus
- **Strong communication skills**: fluent in English; proficiency in French is a plus
