As the Maintenance Associate at Datadog, you'll be responsible for ensuring the office is maintained to the highest standards. You will be responsible for all repairs and maintenance and oversee any outside vendors that may need to be called.

**What You'll Do**:
- Repair equipment, plumbing, flooring, lighting, shades, and paint walls
- Liaise with the building management on repairs and maintenance for which they are responsible
- Keep documentation up to date
- Log all service and maintenance activity
- Proactively monitor the general conditions of office equipment to ensure high quality performance
- Prepare and set up for large in-office events
- Work with our Procurement team on large purchases
**Who You Are**:
- 3-5 years of general maintenance experience
- Fluency in French and good working knowledge of English
- Able to read and follow safety regulations
- Able to determine material requirements for specific and/or specialized projects
- Knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, electrical systems
- Knowledge of basic carpentry, painting and door hardware installation preferred
- Able to provide high-quality customer service
- Quick problem-solving skills, and the ability to stay calm under pressure
- Strong reputation for get-it-done attitude and completing projects from start to finish
