**Job Description**:
**We are looking for a **CRM Lifecycle Specialist W/M** to**:

- The Consumer Lifecycle Specialist manages the entire customer lifecycle program through automated consumer-based journeys. They participate in the implementation, operation and development of the overall consumer loyalty strategy.

**You will work in close collaboration with our Ecommerce, Digital, Brand, Retail, D2C, Marketing, IT, Consumer Service** teams.**

**You will report directly to the Global Head of Consumer Relationship.**

**Main Activities**:

- Manage the development of automated consumer journeys, customized to target audiences and consumer behavior/lifecycle, to deliver an engaging experience throughout their relationship with Salomon.
- Work closely with the Consumer Membership Specialist to ensure that the consumer journeys related to the relationship program are consistent with the various touchpoints.
- Manage the continuous improvement of retention methods, such as improving lead onboarding, purchase frequency, CLV (Customer Lifetime Value), NPS (Net Promotor Score) and decreasing churn.
- Track and analyze automated journeys to assess performance, identify opportunities for improvement and define corresponding solutions.
- Maintain an overview of marketing trends in consumer, technology, loyalty, and integrate these practices into solutions to maximize effectiveness.

- _ Le Consumer Lifecycle Specialist gère l'ensemble du programme de cycle de vie client grâce aux parcours automatisés basés sur les consommateurs. Il/elle participe à la mise en œuvre, au fonctionnement et au développement de la stratégie globale de fidélisation des consommateurs._
