We are looking for a **Retail Operations Specialist** to join our team at Salomon. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and analyzing retail sales in the assigned area. You will identify prospects and sales opportunities that will generate future sales. You will also develop short-term retail sales plans and assess the operational needs of clients, contribute to improving brand and product awareness, and propose appropriate solutions.

**Your missions**:

- Lead the renewal of standardized operating procedures through a thorough evaluation of our existing processes and policies.
- Oversee the implementation of loss prevention and health and safety policies and procedures for our retail stores.
- Design, deliver, and actively participate in training for store teams in close collaboration with the training team.
- Create a checklist of actions to be evaluated, reflecting the key risks for the company.
- Audit our stores to ensure compliance with expectations and define corrective actions.
- Review journals extracted from the point of sale, detect anomalies, and take the appropriate actions.
- Ensure the constant protection of the company's assets (store cash, products, stores, equipment) through clear policies and procedures.
- Lead the physical inventory process and the cycle count process.
- Present a monthly report on our fleet, highlighting high-performing and underperforming aspects.
- Define, in collaboration with district and store managers, short-term and mid-term actions to take.
- Create a monthly dashboard, including specific KPIs to monitor, to evaluate the level of compliance in terms of health and safety, loss prevention, physical inventory, and results.

**Qualifications** Essential Skills & Experience**
- Master’s degree in Business Management or Marketing.
- At least 3 years of experience in the retail industry (in-store experience is a plus) or 2 years in a similar role within an international environment.
- Solid background in project management.
- In-depth understanding of retail operations and shop management.

- Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with CEGID - Y2 and Point of Sale (POS) tools.
