**Context and Mission**

**Context and Mission**

All responsibilities listed below are supported by back to back support contracts with partners as well as expertise within Broadpeak. All activities are understood remote or onsite without reservation.

**Main Responsibilities**:
**_ Operation System and Services missions_**
- Handle system administration, update configuration settings.
- Troubleshoot, analysis, follow up, resolution of incidents/problems
- Carry out corrective maintenance
- Plan and carry out planned technical operations (testing, updating)
- Perform regular preventive maintenance tasks on the clients ecosystem

**_Customer Care_**
- Primary contact for clients, third party suppliers during incident resolution and deployment for our client
- Primary contact for technical and administrative onsite activities requested by our Project team (may also include cabling, racking, patching)
- Close liaison with our teams in France and Customer Success to handle complex situations.

**_Continuous improvement_**
- Update documentation and provide detailed cases based activity reports, internally and towards client
- Suggest related improvements to Broadpeak

**Profile required** Post graduated diploma**

**Fluency in oral and written English is essential**
- 2 years’ Experience working in a technical support organization for a telecom operator
- Good working knowledge of Linux systems, ELK, AWS
- Good understanding of datacenter level IP network (including protocols, security and analysis tools)
- Good working knowledge on server architecture and datacenter storage solutions

**Soft Skills**
- Good communication, Positive and enthusiastic team player.
- Self-starter and willing to learn.
- Able to work in a multi-cultural environment and with large autonomy.

**Working conditions**

Work from Hannover

Be willing to travel to the client’s company on a regular basis

Be willing to travel to France for the first initial training, regular updates on our products and Team meeting (twice a year)
