**What you will accomplish together with us**:

- Perform routine services (installation, repair, PM and qualification) for an assigned product
- Share product's service knowledge, info and experience with the service team
- Address and resolve all aftersales service issue and inquiry related to current products
- Demonstrate thorough understanding of the products supported (installation, repair, PM and qualification)
- Communicate effectively with customer (internal or external)
- Respond to customer complaints and problems in a timely and efficient manner
- Trace the product quality issue, prepare relevant report and feedback to relevant quality department
- Collect competitive information and products, conduct thorough testing to figure out products advantages and provide sales with the information
- Communicate to product development engineers and management with the competitive information to help stay ahead of our competition by developing new products and new technologies

**What will convince us**:

- Academic degree in engineering
- Minimum 4 years relevant work experience
- Evaluate score of GPR no less MR in past two years
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Good command of spoken and written English
