Tip: give a human touch to the description)** **We count on you for: (Challenges, performance objectives)** **As R&I project manager Hair Care, your main missions are to**: - ** Build and enrich formulation expertise, for all types of hair and product formats (shampoos, conditioners, leave-on, treatments )** - ** Identify innovative solutions, economically viable and technically adapted for Solvay Hair Care roadmap** - ** Build scientific understanding of key problems and technical routes to address unmet needs of Hair Care market** - ** Push Solvay innovations to customers and build knowledge of their internal development processes to maximize launches success** - ** Develop an expertise in hair sensorial assessment (if not already the case)** - ** Define, organize and control the technical actions needed to identify the solutions and how to market them, as well as the means to implement them (resources, budget, technical)** - ** Identify IP protection opportunities and threats for all new developments or product improvements** - ** Contribute to the scientific and technical watch on the Hair Care segment** - ** Manage a team of lab technicians and accompany them in their professional evolution** - ** Use digital collaborative tools on a daily manner and participate to their growth** - ** Day to day interactions with technical teams, BDMs, sales people, customers** - ** Be open to travels, to meet customers and participate in seminars or trainings to customers, distributors, internal teams (
