**Transdev recruits a Group Strategic Planning Director (W/M)** **Join an international Group deeply rooted in its territories** **Destination** Strategy Department supports the Excom and the countries leaders in the definition of the Group strategy. At the heart of the global societal and environmental transitions, Transdev develops differenciating offers to serve its territories and fulfil its high ambitions in terms of sustainable growth. **Roadmap** *** As the Group Strategic Planning Director, you are in charge of the Group strategic plan. You drive strategic studies and animate the competitive watch, in close relationship with countries and other HQ departments. You are more precisely in charge of the following missions: - Lead of the yearly strategic review process of Transdev worldwide activities - Drive portfolio analysis and recommendations - Ensure link with the Group Long Term plan process - Manage strategic market studies and competitive watch - Support regional growth and repositioning roadmaps - Contribute to M&A projects - Animate and engage: share strategy with internal and external stakeholders. **Required Education and Experience** Master’s degree from a top business of engineering school, with confirmed experiences (8+) in strategic fields, in a strategic consultancy firm and in an industrial/service/mobility company. **Skill**s** Strong expertise in Costing & Financial modeling Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team Good understanding of bid production practices, financial/commercial models (Operation & Maintenance, Concession, Brownfield/Greenfield PPP) and intra-group flows between a parent company and its subsidiaries. Excellent skills in Excel (programming, macro, variable, sensitivity analysis, etc.) and have some knowledge in project funding. Resilient, with strong work capacity and proven ability to adapt, must be a "results driven" individual. Fluent in written and spoken English. A good level in another language would be a plus (Spanish, Arabic, German or Chinese) **Location** Permanent position located in Headquarter - Paris, France
