Définir et mettre en place la stratégie de migration des données.
Définir le périmètre de migration des données pour chaque Go Live en termes de besoins en données (Données de base BDR, Données maîtres MDR, Transactionnelles). Gérer les demandes de changement de périmètre (CR, impact, impact sur le plan, communication).
Planification, suivi des activités et rapport d'avancement à la direction du programme via des KPIs.
Travailler en étroite collaboration avec le responsable de la migration des données du client:
Confirmer les responsabilités (révision du RACI).
Soutenir le responsable de la migration des données du client dans ses fonctions.
Renforcer la relation avec le client en utilisant une approche d?équipe unique.
Coordonner et suivre les activités des contributeurs (fournisseur IFS, ressources IT, membres de l?équipe fonctionnelle, Business).
Planifier les activités, estimer la charge de travail, faciliter l?équipe, produire les comptes rendus de réunion (D-STUM, W-STUM, ateliers business, reporting au client et Capgemini).
Gestion des risques (détection, mitigation, etc.).
Adapter la taille de l?équipe en fonction de la charge de travail.
Gérer les profils fonctionnels, techniques et développeurs.
Projet international.
Responsable de la qualité des livrables produits dans son périmètre : stratégie de migration des données, GDS, DDS, job de migration, interfaces Dell Boomi, validation des données?
Gérer et exécuter le transfert d?activité pendant l?hypercare vers l?équipe de maintenance.
Responsable de la mise à jour de la base de connaissances (leçons apprises, gestion documentaire sur SharePoint, suivi JIRA).
Suivre au quotidien les activités de l?équipe technique avec un suivi des Runbooks (MVP1 Angola, CY 54 recreation, prochainement MVPF), avec une revue critique croisée avec le Master plan. Une revue plus approfondie ligne par ligne par rapport au plan et aux règles une fois par semaine sera sous votre responsabilité.
Résoudre les défis techniques.
Maintenir le Master plan après une revue hebdomadaire avec l?équipe complète des données et comparer avec le Runbook.
Remettre en question la collecte des données par rapport à la charge effectuée et à la réconciliation effectuée ; le statut de la collecte des données / chargement / validation par environnement doit être précisément et régulièrement challengé, contrôlé et mis à jour.
Revue technique approfondie et catégorisation des constatations / erreurs dans JIRA.
Proposer une stratégie de migration des données pointue basée sur l'expérience et les références de projets similaires, récemment commencée uniquement basée sur le feedback de SBM.
Capacité à travailler de manière autonome, esprit analytique, proactif.
Leadership et dynamisme.

Anglais C1, C2 préféré.
Intégration / migration des données dans le contexte IFS.
**Compétences appréciées**:
Processus Finance, Maintenance des Actifs, Gestion de Projet & Supply Chain Management.
