The **Regional Experience Lead (REL)** role provides you with the ability to work across Area/Regional and Business Leadership, tap into your depth and breadth of business acumen, leverage your strengths as a trusted advisor, as well as exercise your change management skillset. You’ll need to be competent in collaborating, adapting, driving results, as well as obsessing over our customers, often in ambiguous situations and environments.

The **REL in France** leads the local realization of Microsoft Digital's commitment to power, protect and transform the company, and serves as market advocate through engagement with business leaders inside and outside the company. This role is the ‘IT Business Partner’ to local leadership, driving change and transformation on behalf of the company’s strategy as well as being the key point of contact for Microsoft businesses in France regarding envisioning, delivery and adoption of digital employee experiences. You will enable broader change by effectively identifying key IT and business capability needs that tie to regional business strategy and environment, and work with peers across the world to prioritize delivery of experiences which address critical requirements. You will also enable local change by influencing, landing and helping remove local barriers to adoption of global standard business and IT capabilities across France. You will work in close partnership with the local segment/business group and regional leadership, business unit Directors, as well as technical and program resources. As an example, you will work with stakeholders to define, approve, and land a corporate and field aligned adoption plan for a defined set of digital experiences, understand, prioritize, and drive to conclusion key adoption barriers, and partner closely with other parts of Microsoft Digital, and Functional Area leaders to ensure the plan lands.

You will also develop and leverage a broad and deep level of business and technical acumen. Having this level of knowledge and context is critical to your success and ability to be the primary Microsoft Digital orchestrator across France. As a result of your business understanding of particular regions and business segments within your geography, deep connected and trusted relationships, and close partnership with regional IT peers, you will proactively identify the changing nature of local business and IT needs as well as the seams needed between business and IT capabilities. Translating that distinctive knowledge into actionable insights and recommendations for Microsoft Digital and the engineering groups powering Microsoft technology, and seeing those through to resolution will be key to realizing the impact for this distinct capability of the Regional Experience Lead role.

- Manage the overall Digital Experience health drivers within the region to lift employee satisfaction of digital experiences above industry benchmarks.
- Realize predicted value (as measured by MS Digital OKRs) of prioritized experiences through regional sponsorship and adoption orchestration.
- Identify and address digital friction points of the local business through agile, compliant, and scalable innovation.
- Impact Microsoft product direction and customer success by driving insights gained via active local engagement with customers and industry leaders.
