**CATEGORY MANAGER H/F**

Pour satisfaire nos clients (artisans électriciens, grands installateurs nationaux, industriels ou plombiers/chauffagistes) et contribuer à la réussite de nombreux projets stratégiques, les fonctions supports : IT et Digital, Marketing et Achats, Ressources Humaines, Finance et Gestion, ou encore Juridique, assurent le bon fonctionnement de Rexel:
A ce titre, le Département Category Management recherche un(e) Category Manager - Chauffage Ventilation Climatisation - en CDI, basé(e) à Paris 17ème.

**VOTRE QUOTIDIEN**

Rattaché(e) au Responsable Category Management, le Category Manager définit les plans d’offres produits/services et le positionnement des fournisseurs de son périmètre ainsi que la promotion de la politique fournisseurs dans une optique de développement omnicanal du chiffre d'affaires et d’optimisation continue de la rentabilité. Plus précisément, vous serez amené(e) à:

- Assurer la veille technologique de la catégorie
- Sélection des fournisseurs pour répondre aux besoins de nos clients et aux enjeux environnementaux
- Définir le plan d’offre national et le décliner en plans d’offre segmentés par catégorie client
- Garantir le positionnement tarifaire des offres
- Suivre la performance du CA et la rentabilité de son périmètre (online et offline)
- Garantir la bonne gestion des offres et des collections stockées
- Identifier et communiquer les offres à promouvoir au trade marketing et au merchandising
- Créer de la valeur ajoutée via une approche personnalisée (promotion innovation, conception de solutions multifournisseurs, création de contenu éditorial, etc.)
- Enrichir et faciliter l’expérience digitale de nos clients
- Contribuer à la montée en compétences de nos collaborateurs sur les offres portées

**VOS QUALITÉS ET COMPÉTENCES**

Issu(e) d’un parcours type école de commerce ou d’ingénieur, votre expérience de 5 ans dans la distribution BtoB sur un poste similaire, votre forte appétence pour les évolutions technologiques, notamment les objets connectés et votre capacité à travailler en mode projet avec des équipes transverses feront la différence. Elles seront indissociables de vos qualités personnelles, en particulier:

- Votre capacité d’influence et à avoir de l’impact
- Votre sens de l’écoute et votre compréhension des besoins clients
- Votre réactivité, créativité et force de proposition
- Votre capacité à challenger le statu quo, à interagir avec des interlocuteurs différents.
