Sales Development Team Lead

**Primary Duties of the role**:
- Day-to-day coaching of the SDRs within the team to align with the needs of the business.
- Manage weekly 1:1’s with team members
- Work with line manager on quarterly high performance coaching process (HCPs), including being an advocate for individual development plans (IDP’s)
- Assist in the preparation for weekly team meetings - and subbing in for line manager when needed
- Represent Sales Development in Sales and Marketing meetings
- Support the recruitment of new team members as required
- Mentorship and onboarding assistance to new members on team (inc. assignment of BV Buddies)

**Skills and Experience Necessary for the Role**:
- Bachelors degree and/or relevant working experience
- Native or C1 minimum French or German (both written and verbal) - Required
- Experience leading a team of SDRs
- Experience with working in a multi-team collaborative environment
- Demonstrated work ethic and consistent over achievement
- Lead generation or sales experience a strong plus
- Selling eCommerce and Marketing focused solutions
- The ability to learn quickly and be a self-starter are vital to this role.
