**About this Role**

Your role will involve strategic planning, team leadership, hands-on development, and an ability to collaborate closely with a wide spectrum of experts in product, design, data science and medical operations to continue to innovate and optimize the app.

**Main Missions**:

- Establish and implement best practices for mobile development, including code standards, review processes, and testing methodologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Data Science, Engineering, Medical Ops, and others) to define needs and achieve a cohesive user experience
- Integrate the latest developments in mobile technology and approaches to enhance the app's performance and user experience
- Mentor and develop the mobile development team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Work with stakeholders (legal, QARA) to address the unique challenges and regulatory requirements of the MedTech industry, ensuring compliance and data protection
- Analyze app performance metrics and user feedback to inform future enhancements
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 5+ years of experience as a Mobile Developer or similar role
- 3+ years of experience as a development team manager
- Demonstrated track record in delivering ingenuity, technical achievement, and scalability in app design
- Previous experience in React Native & Typescript a plus
- Other nice to have skills include: Reanimated, Native development (iOS/Android), GraphQL, some backend stack knowledge, health-related features of mobile OSes
- Magic-maker, you create delightful and sleek experiences for end-users
- You excel in team communication, connecting dots and bridging silos in multivariable environments
- You transform innovative ideas into tangible results
- Resilient problem-solver: you can adapt quickly in high pressure environments
- Fluent French and advanced English are mandatory
