Creaform - Repair Agent Emea Intern (M/F/d)

**Main Role**:
The main responsibility of this position is to repair the products developed by Creaform: HandySCAN, HandyPROBE, MetraSCAN, etc.

**Tasks and responsibilities**:

- Diagnose the problems when a customer unit is returned
- Evaluate the repairs to be done and provide information to the Customer Service Department before submission
- Perform repairs, calibrations and tests of products according to established procedures and standards
- Participate in the improvement of products by reporting any irregularities to Customer Service and R&D

**Requirements**:

- Have a BAC+2 in the field of mechanics and/or electronics
- Good knowledge of computer tools (Office365)
- Professional command of French and English, both oral and written

- Be very meticulous and conscientious
- Have a good knowledge of English
