**Primary Role**:
The main responsibility of this position is to carry out data acquisition and processing projects on behalf of the customer service department, while ensuring that they are carried out within the deadlines, quality and characteristics requested. In addition, he will carry out various projects for various departments of Creaform. He will also have to guide customers and colleagues in customer service operations.

**Tasks and responsibilities**:

- Perform services in Creaform's laboratories or at our clients' facilities
- Develop and execute inspection programs
- Develop and analyze metrology reports
- Perform jig adjustments
- Contribute to the development of new technologies (functionality testing, product reliability, etc.) and share suggestions for improvement

**Requirements**:

- Have a BAC+2 in the field of mechanics
- Good knowledge of computer tools (Office365)
- Professional mastery of French and English, both oral and written
