We are looking for an intern to join our Training teams in HR and Customer Success departments in Paris for 4 months. The intern will have an opportunity to use their creativity in projects involving training design and development. The intern will be a stakeholder in the rework and digitalization of the Frontline team training Program. - They start with a "train the trainer" training program for him, with other members of the HR Training team at the beginning of the internship. - Then they will help to elaborate and structure the training content with the Subject Matter Experts from the Customer Service Team. The intern will develop the instructional design, storyboarding, and scripting, to the integration of the digital modules. **Qualifications**: Engaged in a University Degree program in a relevant area, preferably in Business/Economics, Marketing, or Journalism. Full professional proficiency in English is required (min C1).
