Dear Applicant
We are looking for an AV/IT specialist in the audiovisual and home automation sector for a private property in Monaco.
**Bilingual or fluent in French and English**, another language would be appreciated.
- **Responsibilities**:_
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance of AV/IT systems to ensure uninterrupted operation,
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to AV / lighting control systems, and network configurations,
- Work closely with 2nd and 3rd line teams when escalations may be required,
- Document all service and maintenance activities accurately for reference and reporting, keeping the Support team up to date on site status,
- Keeping records identify recurring issues and coordinating solutions to combat them.
- Working with technical support departments from suppliers to progress RMA's and repairs, if necessary,
- Updating of system commissioning documentation such as AV/IT schedules, and accurate note recording of work carried out on site and via remote work,
- Conducting unscheduled visits as needed for emergency situations,
- **Skills**:_
- Proven experience as an AV/IT Specialist within the AV / Home Automation industry,
- Technical knowledge of the installation and maintenance of electronic AV/IT systems including Crestron, Lutron, Cisco, Dante,
- An understanding of network infrastructure and protocols,
- Ability to diagnose and fix hardware and software issues related to AV/IT equipment,
- Ability to perform standard LV and ELV cable terminations,
- Excellent organisation skills, with the ability to prioritise work and meet Client expectations,
- Ability to read wiring diagrams, schematics and technical documentation,
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal, in French & English,
- An outgoing personality with the confidence and ability to get on well with people.

- **Conditions**_:
- Fixed long-term contract (Monaco CDI) - 169h/month,
