As an Operations Specialist in our Yacht Sales & Purchase department, based in Monaco, you will be at the heart of our operations, driving efficiency and supporting the sales team to deliver exceptional service. Your responsibilities will include developing and optimising operational processes, managing sales-related documentation, and assisting with client proposals, including yacht selections and market analysis. You will take the lead on ad hoc projects, ensuring they are completed on time and to a high standard, while also maintaining data integrity across our systems. In this role, you’ll manage inquiries, track them through Salesforce, and ensure timely responses, acting as a crucial link between the sales team and clients. Additionally, you'll provide market intelligence, keeping the team informed of the latest yacht market trends and updates, and support lead generation efforts by researching potential clients. Moreover, you will act as the GDPR Data Protection Champion, ensuring that all data handling processes comply with regulations, and that your team is fully aware of their data protection responsibilities. You will also have the chance to participate in our Y.CO-sponsored sustainability programs.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience (Superyacht industry experience preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Salesforce
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
