Product Manager

Giskard defends the vision of a **Responsible AI** that serves the economic performance of companies while respecting the rights of citizens. To embody this mission, Giskard enables AI professionals (Data Scientists and Machine Learning Engineers) to collaborate with business teams to evaluate & test the quality of AI models.

We are building the first collaborative & open-source Quality Assurance platform for *all* AI models. We already empower customers with two solutions:

- AI Inspect helps **explain AI models to identify risks of errors & biases**. It makes the AI development process more efficient, saving time & reducing friction between AI & business teams.
- AI Test allows building **automated tests on AI models to ensure ethics, robustness & efficiency**. Thanks to these tests, businesses can prevent the risks of costly AI incidents in production.

As a **Product Manager**, you will be in the driving seat to ensure the Product Market Fit of Giskard directly with Giskard's Chief Product & Science Officer, your missions will be to:

- Develop a deep understanding of user needs.
- Prioritize and manage the product roadmap.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, sales, and marketing, to bring the product to market.
- Continuously measure and analyse product performance, and use data to inform future product decisions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technology advancements.

**Requirements**:
**Skills**
- Technical knowledge: A solid understanding of AI and technical constraints involved in building AI products, and the ability to communicate effectively with technical team members.
- Product development: Experience in agile product development, including defining user stories, writing clear and concise product requirements, and collaborating closely with designers and developers.
- Data-driven decision making: Ability to leverage data to make informed product decisions, using metrics such as user engagement, conversion rates, and customer feedback to inform product development.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, sales, and marketing, to bring the product to market.
- Adaptability and agility: A flexible and adaptive approach to work, able to pivot quickly in response to changing market conditions or customer needs.
- Impeccable written and oral proficiency in English. Strong bonus for French speaker.
- Ability to learn & deliver fast, with the desire to complete assignments autonomously

**Salary**: between 42 000 € and 60 000 € / year (brut) + 0.1 - 0.3% of equity
