**About The Team**:
Our Finance Department is at the heart of all our TV and Product Licensing activities, including anime streaming through our Crunchyroll site. The role will report to the Director of Finance in France.

**About You**:

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial reporting or accounting
- Experience managing a team of financial analysts
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Fluent English is important
- At ease in a multi-interlocutor and multicultural environment
- A system mindset is necessary to implement the right one
- ERP setup experience is necessary

**A day in the life of our Sr. Manager Financial Contract Reporting**:

- Manage the team dealing with sales statements until the royalty report
- Improve processes and accelerate financial communication with stakeholders (legal, CPG-licensing managers, accounting team, licensor)
- Improve reporting process to get faster and accurate financial figures
- Set up financial reports, and estimate turnover based on contract basis monthly
- Build a bridge between each company stakeholder
- Define and implement the software and tools for the new dashboard and royalties report building.
