**What you'll do**:
- Support the growth and engagement level of Pigment’s online community.
- Review community content and identify help topics or relevant posts that need to be created.
- Maintain a regular badging process to recognize user achievements.
- Create and manage a list of users for potential community spotlights.
- Track and organize unanswered posts in a structured format.
- Research and assess community tooling improvements.
- Compare Pigment’s community with other online communities to identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in planning and hosting virtual and in-person community events.
- Help update and document core community processes.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Experience teams to share insights and feedback.
- Work from within the customer success team to bring value to our global client base.
**Who you are**:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Media & Communications, Business, or Computer Science.
- Passionate about online communities, customer engagement, and digital content.
- Curious and eager to explore new tools and technologies to enhance the community experience.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Eager to pick up new skills and technologies
- A strategic thinker who can generate creative ideas for engagement.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to track multiple initiatives.
- Previous experience in marketing, events, or community engagement ideal (internships or university clubs).
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Nice-to-have: Proficient in either data science relevant tooling or creative content tooling (either R, Python, SQL etc OR Figma, Adobe Creative Suite etc)
