**KEY TASK**
- Direct reporting to the Technology & Development Director
- Manages and controls the ESG initiative of Tokai COBEX and further develops it
- Key driver, together with Operations and Technology, to achieve CO2-emission reduction targets by 2030 and paves the way to net zero by 2050
- Monitors legal regulations and best practices in the area of ESG and shares them within the organization
- Initiates, participates and manages projects in the area of ESG
- Performs and assists in ESG audits internally as well as along the supply chain
- Responsible for company ESG reporting (both internal and external) in close co-operation with Finance
- Acts as the first point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders in ESG related matters
- Acts as an internal consultant and facilitator in the area of ESG/CSR

**REQUIREMENTS**
- University degree in business, economics, law, engineering (with special focus on environmental protection) or alike
- Strong technical understanding in the environmental area
- Post-graduate diploma, relevant university course, professional training in EHS/ESG/CSR
- 3-5 years of experience in ESG/CSR (at a company or in a consulting business)
- Strong analytical skills
- Project management and quality management skills, preferable Six Sigma
- Presentation and communication skills
- Ability to communicate on eye level with all levels of the organization
- Fluent in written and spoken English; German, Polish or French desirable
