We are looking for our first Growth Engineer to join our dynamic Marketing team. **ABOUT THE ROLE** As our first Growth Engineer, you will be in charge of implementing high-impact initiatives that will lead to increase Kili’s revenue. In this cross-functional role, you will be involved in various areas such as development, business, marketing and data. Your mission will be to bring your technical skills to find the best automations and growth hacks that will help us to go faster on every AARRR framework steps (Activation, Acquisition, Retention, Referral, Revenue). **Key Responsibilities**: - Own the tools of the modern marketing stack (SF, Hubspot, Apollo, Zoominfo, Lusha, ) and how to best leverage their power ; - Automate and ensure the interoperability of the various tools in the Marketing / Sales / Data stacks; - Understand the data in the various systems and how to maintain it clean and accurate; - Understand how to maintain properly the tracking of critical information across system; - Set up performance monitoring dashboards and transversal KPIs; - Implement data scraping techniques; - Contribute to the analysis and development of optimization paths (AARRR framework); - Be proactive and carry out the technical implementation of the growth experiments; - Set up AB Tests on the website. **ABOUT YOU** **You are/have**: Technical Skills: - Experience as a Full Stack software developer (3+ years minimum experience) - Master no-code tools (Zapier, Integromat...), - Master Python (libraries such as Pandas, Scikit-Learn, Selenium), as well as data visualisation experience (Metabase is a plus), - Master HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL (React, Node are a plus), - Data has no secret for you : you have experience in data storage systems (Postgres, Big Query,) and you master data ingestion, transformation and data sync tools. Soft skills: - You have a real passion for numbers and data analytics - You are fluent in English - You are curious, autonomous and like to take initiative to propose news experiments - You have a natural curiosity and you wish to develop skills on business issues: acquisition, operations, marketing, transversal projects... - You are autonomous in your tasks and know how to manage an experiment from A to Z - Team spirit, capacity for collaboration and communication Nice to have skills: - You master the tools of the marketing & sales stack such as Salesforce, Hubspot, and the various web analytics tools **What we offer**: - The opportunity to work in an international and friendly work environment - Flexible work organization and access to remote work - Afterworks every Thursday and regular company events - Kili is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
