As a Growth Engineer Intern, you will support the Growth Ops team with automations and workflow efficiency as well as:

- **Help design scalable systems** that automate and optimize our sales processes, enhancing efficiency and personalization at scale.
- **Integrate cutting-edge technologies**, including AI, to streamline and optimize automation and workflow processes across sales and operational systems.
- **Collaborate closely with the whole G2Ops** team to align technological initiatives with business objectives and ensure seamless execution.

**As a Growth Engineer Intern, you will**:

- ** Development and Automation of Operational Processes**:

- Implement automation opportunities to enhance the efficiency of Sales teams._
- Create automated workflows using advanced tools and custom scripts to manage repetitive and complex tasks._
- ** Integration of AI and Emerging Technologies**:

- Explore and integrate AI-based solutions to personalize customer interactions and optimize prospecting campaigns._
- Develop systems capable of analyzing real-time data to proactively adapt GTM strategies._
- ** Design of Scalable Systems**:

- Develop technical architectures that support rapid growth, ensuring robustness and flexibility of the implemented solutions._
- Set up automated data pipelines to provide actionable insights to relevant teams._
- ** Management of Innovative Projects**:

- Work on cross-functional projects to integrate new technologies and improve existing processes._
- Coordinate among stakeholders to ensure the success of technological initiatives._

**What will contribute to your success**:

- Master's student in Engineering - or similar field
- Knowledge of automation tools and operational platforms (Make, Zapier)
- Development skills (Python, JavaScript, APIs)
- Curiosity about AI and machine learning technologies, with a desire to experiment with innovative tools like Dust or similar platforms
- A first experience in SaaS/Tech environment is a huge plus
