In an ever-evolving and fast-paced aerospace market, the Ground Support Equipment (GSE) industry is experiencing dynamic growth with numerous innovations and expansions. These advancements are driving the market towards intelligent, sustainable, and data-driven solutions, enhancing operational efficiency for our clients and fostering sales growth for the group. The increasing global demand for aviation is creating a robust market for GSE, presenting significant opportunities for advancement.

As the GSE Communication Director, you will be responsible for crafting our brands' strategy, executing campaigns to enhance brand awareness, and ultimately driving sales growth. You will have a direct impact on shaping customer engagement and improving the overall image of our products, contributing to our continued growth trajectory.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and enhance the TLD and AEROSPECIALTIES brands through various communication activities, including logo design, imagery, and participation in industry shows.
- Develop key messages and design communication/marketing materials such as posters, templates, presentations, and promotional items.
- Lead communication campaigns and regional customer surveys, ensuring alignment with the GSE Steering Committee.
- Oversee the group's participation in trade shows and events, collaborating with internal stakeholders to define participation strategies and ensure consistent messaging and service quality.
- Provide guidance and support for the development of special external events, such as customer celebrations.
- Coordinate with the Group Product & Innovation Director to facilitate the commercial launch of new products, ensuring all communication elements are prepared.
- Create a comprehensive database of communication/marketing materials for use in communications across various platforms.
- Ensure coherence and consistency of messages and above-mentioned actions in close coordination with operational staff and the Alvest Communication Director.

Reporting Structure:
The GSE Communication Director will report directly to the TLD Group Chief Executive Officer.

**Profil recherché**:

- 5 to 7 years' experience in B-to-B communication with a strong creative aptitude.
- Proficiency in communication tools and strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams in a global setting.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.

Additional Responsibilities:

- Assist local Human Resource Departments in promoting TLD and AEROSPECIALTIES employer branding initiatives within their respective territories.
- Establish and lead a network of partners and service providers.
