Our Valuation & Modelling Services business is a dynamic and fast-growing business. Over the last 7 years we have established teams in London, Frankfurt, Amsterdam, Munich, Paris and Madrid. We are unrestricted by any conflict with audit mandates and the resulting issues caused that are typical in many of our competitors. We are also able to operate cross-border seamlessly.

We provide a full suite of valuation and modelling services in the areas of Mergers & Acquisitions, Infrastructure portfolios, Contentious Valuations, Complex Financial Instruments, Financial and Tax reporting and Business Modelling. All of our teams are expanding, and we have established A&M as one of the leading providers of Valuation & Modelling services globally & a leading firm to develop a pan European career today.

Our Paris based Valuation & Modelling team is highly active in France and is involved in landmark transactions. Due to increasing demand, we are expanding this team and seeking an experienced business modelling professional to join us at Senior Director / Director / Associate Director level. As part of a select and highly skilled team, you will have the opportunity to;
- Work closely our Managing Directors in France and across Europe on business development activities including proposals, pitches & networking
- Lead multiple and high profile and complex modelling engagements whilst collaborating closely with a range of industry leading specialists across different teams
- Deliver industry leading financial models incorporating the relevant operational, tax, accounting and financing principles
- Prepare and support client workshops to assist in scoping and designing models, gather input data, review and validate calculations and hand over models to clients when they are complete
- Support the development of new capabilities and promote collective skill set development across the team through the development of templates, training courses and exercises, harvesting modules from previous models and proactively conducting relevant reading and research
- Contribute to the smooth and harmonious functioning of the team by assisting with organising formal and informal team events, attending such events and supporting other team admin activities

Qualifications:

- More than 8 years Modelling experience gained at a leading accounting or consulting firm, investment bank or boutique modelling firm
- Graduated from a leading “Grande Ecoles” ideally combined with an exceptional academic record, including a strong focus on Finance and/or Mathematics or similar
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Relentless and uncompromising attention to detail and quality
- Resilient and able to function effectively under pressure while managing competing stakeholder demands
- Self-starter with the drive to succeed in an entrepreneurial culture
- Fluent business level French and English is essential. Additional European languages are highly valued
- Ambitious with a desire to succeed in an entrepreneurial culture
