**Description and Requirements**:
Lenovo is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to join our Paris-based Inside Sales team. In this role, you will support our Channel Account Managers in managing partner relationships, responding to inbound requests, and ensuring smooth sales operations. You’ll be the go-to person for administrative support, quotation handling, and coordination between internal teams and channel clients. This is a support-focused role that requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication, and a good understanding of IT solutions.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- 4-5 Channel Account Managers with day-to-day sales operations and administrative tasks.
- Respond to quotations and pricing requests, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up.
- Manage internal systems, update opportunity pipelines, and track sales activities.
- Coordinate internally with various departments to support account planning and execution.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing high-quality service and timely information.
- Monitor and escalate issues to relevant stakeholders when needed.
**Requirements**:
- 1-3 years of experience in a business support, customer service, sales support, or commercial role—ideally within the IT or tech sector.
- Solid understanding of IT concepts and technologies; ability to quickly grasp Lenovo’s product portfolio.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in French (native level) and English (advanced level).
- Organized, proactive, and capable of working independently with a high attention to detail.
- Comfortable with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), Excel, and other sales support systems.
- Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to collaborate across departments.
