YOUR ROLE
You will join the CMA Ships Technical Department, a transversal service responsible for data and information related to the CMA-CGM fleet. You will participate in the maintenance of archives, updating the database, and implementing documents in our new management tool.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
- You manage the documentation of the Fleet Upgrade project (creation of document lists, document quality control, transmittal sending, project closing, communication with suppliers, Fleet Upgrade PM, vessels, etc.).
- You clean and update the database.
- You complete our Emergency Box database.
- You enter new metadata.
- You will have the opportunity to help draft and modify processes.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- You are currently pursuing a BAC + 3 in information, documentation, or information and document management in a company.
- You master the Office Pack.
- You are comfortable in English, both written and spoken.
- You are rigorous and detail-oriented.
- You have good organizational skills and excellent interpersonal skills.
