About Your Job
- As we are shaping acquisition through app advertising, this is a great opportunity for you to have a big impact on paid strategy and leave your mark.
- Your mission is to manage App campaigns (Google App Campaigns and ASA) and SEA (full setup, reporting and optimisations oriented towards achieving the company's objectives).
- Features change and issues arise, and when they do, you’re in charge of data analysis and debugging / problem solving, looking beyond SEA and App Campaigns platform interfaces (website / app behaviour, product, etc).
- Collaboration is key for ensuring a great dining experience for our users and we pride ourselves on working cross functionally within the organisation. You will liaise with different stakeholders, from communicating results to local marketing teams to staying abreast of the latest with our advertising platforms’ reps.
- We put the accent on ownership and expect you to act as an owner of some of the App and SEA projects (e.g. A/B test, automation tasks creation, audiences implementation, attribution models)
- We also have external agencies for some of TheFork geographies. As experts, we are collaborating with these agencies to make the most out of our investment.
- Possible locations: On earth, mainly. To be more precise, Barcelona, Milan or Lisbon.

- You have at least one first successful experience in App Acquisition
- You have a passion for numbers, tools and/or tracking and get satisfaction from finding insights that reshape our way to success

- You embrace change within the company and spread that spirit in your team. “ This is the way we’re used to doing things ” is not your approach. You’re not afraid to take risks, and you’re able to learn from your mistakes.
- You are a great communicator, collaborating and building relationships with ease.

What You Bring To The Table
- +3 years of relevant experience, being an App Acquisition expert and having acquired skills that can up our app advertising game.
- You're a 200% digital native profile, and you’re not afraid to try new things, implement new tools and come up with innovative solutions.
- Organizational skills and an operational mindset with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
- You are comfortable navigating in the ever-evolving privacy landscape and understand the impact of this on advertising initiatives.
- Language: Being fluent in English is a must. French, Spanish and Italian are a plus.
- IT: Expert level in Excel, Google Ads, good working experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Data Studio, Feeds.
