**Assistant Sales Service: e-Mobility M/F/d**:

As a Sales Service Assistant, you will participate in the elaboration of commercial proposals for the sales of services related to our production of charging stations for the electrical vehicles. You will be the key contact with your ABB e-mobility customer manager for requests related to our Service activity.

**This position reports to**:
Sales Operations Manager

**Your responsibilities**:

- Declare and manage incoming opportunities in our CRM.
- Develop offers and contracts for the sale of services.
- Manage the files with the stakeholders on the administrative and realization aspects (engineering, ADV, sales team).
- Manage service contracts (customer follow-up, execution, and performance).
- Contribute to the development of the services activity by relaunching offers, monitoring and updating the installed base, sending proactive offers,...)
- Take part in the growth of the activity.
- Participate in the dissemination of the service culture to the team, by being a driving force for training and especially by being a force of proposal for continuous improvement.
- Additional related tasks for the Sales Service team.

**Your background**:

- At least 3 years of higher education / Bachelor's degree in the field of business or project management option.
- At least 1 year of professional experience as a sales assistant.
- Experience in developing a business proposal, managing costs, schedules and suppliers/subcontractors.
- Knowledge of MS project and Salesforce would be a plus.
- Fluent French and English, both written and spoken: regular exchanges with factories located in Europe.
- No obstacles to travel (15% of working time, in France and abroad).
- Strong communication skills, good interpersonal skills, solution oriented, team player.
- Strong awareness of Health, Safety and Security rules: HSE is everyone's business.
