**Position**: Head of Sales**:

**Head of Sales**

**Role & Responsibilities**
- Ability to be an independent contributor alongside managing a team in the future. Ideal for someone ready to grow from an individual contributor role.
- Hunt, prospect, and grow large accounts to provide an annuity-based engineering services business.
- Engage customers in Embedded, Software, and Digital services space.
- Drive revenue and business expansion in existing clients with design centers in the western region outside the Bay Area.
- Manage the complete sales process for all opportunities, including initial communication, presentations, proposals, negotiations, and deal closure.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Build and maintain an optimal sales pipeline through prospecting and other sales activities.
- Develop strong, long-term relationships and referrals with VP & CXO level executives at targeted firms.

**Essential Skills & Experience**
- 5-15 years of experience in digital and embedded engineering services sales to large enterprise clients.
- B.E./B.S./B.Tech in Engineering.
- MBA (desirable).
- Proven track record of achieving sales quotas upwards of 5-10M+ and managing large accounts.
- Willingness to develop client base via aggressive prospecting in new and existing customers.
- Strong experience in establishing and cultivating relationships with director and VP engineering management.
- Experience working with offshore services companies in Hi-Tech, Medical Devices, Industrial, and Mobility domains; cultural adaptability.
- Good technical skills in Digital and Embedded engineering; ability to engage customers with consultative selling.
- Experience managing a sales team; inside sales experience preferred.
- Fluency in French and English; Italian language skills are a plus.
- Willingness to travel approximately 30% in France and Italy.
