**Team Overview**
The PMO works with the various teams to manage roadmaps, releases and strategic initiatives. With the various stakeholders, PMO manage the planning and execution to achieve organization objectives.
**The scope of the PMO include**:
- Program management for product releases
- Delivery Management for product releases
- Project Management for strategic initiatives
- Operational support for the Central Insurance PMO
**Overview of role/responsibilities for the intern**:
- Work the delivery managers to support a work block in the delivery management process (e.g. Team Planning, Patches, Special Communications, etc)
- Work with PMO to identify, prioritize, plan and implement automation of tools used within the PMO Team (e.g. Resource Allocation, Task Planning and Organization, Status Reporting, etc)
- Help drive the completion of milestones from the PMO Roadmap
- Help with Team Communications
**Qualifications**:
**Required**:
- _ With Project Management, Software Engineering, Business Management educational background_
- _ Strong communication skills in English and French_
- _ Demonstrable organization and stakeholder management_
- _ Advanced level of knowledge in MS Excel and PowerPoint (automation of documentation, tools)_
**_ Nice to have:_**
- _ Working experience with Collaboration Tools (SharePoint, Confluence, JIRA...)_
- _ Gen AI experience highly desirable_
