**Job description**:
To support MANTU in training tomorrow's talent, and to represent a company that wishes to strengthen its ties with schools and universities, we are recruiting a Student Campus Manager to join our Campus Management France team. To do this, we want to strengthen our actions with students on the ground by getting more involved in their community life. You'll work in partnership with operational managers, HR, the recruitment team and the Marketing team to build our school relations strategy and boost our appeal

You are an ambassador for the Mantu Manager Program, which was launched 3 years ago and aims to train students for the managerial profession via training courses usually broadcast internally on our Learning Management System, the Academy. To date, MANTU has trained 645 students worldwide from our 42 partner associations.

Reporting to the Campus Manager, your responsibilities will include:

- Develop partnerships with Juniors Entreprises and student associations in target universities and schools
- Implement the action plan in line with the strategy established by the Campus Manager
- Report on activities to JEs and associations in order to monitor KPIs
- Identify, prospect and go out to meet them. Ensure strategic and competitive watch in terms of school actions
- Animate the student communities of Mantu's partner schools and universities
- Unite and activate these communities through events, training courses, case studies, etc
- Manage the Mantu Manager Program
- Helping partner students to understand and learn about our businesses
- Continue to raise the profile of the Mantu Manager Program
- Duplicate the program in other Group professions
- Manage the network of alumni from our partner schools and universities

**Ideal Profile**:

- Currently doing a Bachelor's & Master's Degree education: business or engineering school
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to adapt to different audiences (students versus school directors, executives)
- Business orientation
- Organized and autonomous
- Good command of Pack Office
- Previous experience in managing school relations, in associative life or a JE would be a plus
