**Global Key Account Manager M/F** With an international dimension, work with known and recognized retail partners international #trade #partnerships **In the field, what does it look like?** Entry point and partnership manager for a list of international retailers online and offline, you will play a key role in both the management of existing partners and the creation of new partnerships. As such, you will build and manage partnerships with the main international merchants and e-merchants. You will be the partner's point of contact and you will oversee the associated governance: deployment monitoring, committee coordination, reporting, KPI monitoring. You will actively participate in recurring conference calls and face-to-face meetings/workshops, while driving the delivery of customer requests. You will provide an excellent level of service and project management to our potential partners and counterparts. You will source new business development opportunities with existing retail partners. You will identify enhancements to scale and increasing the partner & the end-customer satisfaction. You will source and trigger new partners across Europe to deploy one or more financing products (cards, split payment, installment loan, line of credit, device rental...). You will establish the relationship with retailers prospects from the first introduction, the pitch, to the development of the offer and the negotiation. You will lead tenders and partnership opportunities from start to finish, with internal stakeholders in different countries and support functions. You will share analyzes and best practices with other KAMs to further improve the management of partnerships within the team/company. **The missions are important, but so is the team and the work environment** You will join BNP Paribas Personal Finance, a subsidiary of BNP Paribas, present in around thirty countries. Better known in France under its commercial brands Cetelem and Cofinoga, or operating under a white label, the company offers consumer credit products as well as rental, insurance, and pension products. You will be part of the Retail Development team, within the "Global Business Line" Retail & B2B, made up of around 12members, in 3 key activities: Retail Steering, which oversees retail & ecommerce activity development across main EU markets ; Development Accelerator which defines and implements the tools to accelerate time to market with our partners; and Key Account Partnerships, currently made up of a Team leader and 2 other Key Account Managers, whom you will join. You will work in close collaboration, and in a cross-functional way, with the other teams of the "Global Business Line" as well as with the Retail teams in other countries. Your mission involves occasional trip. **And the compensation?** **And after?** This position benefits from strong international exposure. It will help you develop and strengthen cross-functional expertise in business development and project management. You will also develop a strong knowledge of the Retail sector internationally and a network in each country as well as within central functions, which will bring you many opportunities in France and abroad. **And you ?** Graduate of a Bac +5 business school or equivalent, you have at least 7 years of experience in managing partnerships, with an international dimension. Your ability to communicate will allow you to exchange orally and in writing internally and with partners. You know how to adapt your speech and respond clearly to questions from partners. Results oriented, you are driven by the "get things done" motto. You have good teamwork skills, including large teams and communities in multiple countries. You have a commercial sense and have a solid experience in the management of partnerships, e-commerce and/or the banking/credit sector. English will be your working language, so you have an advanced level in English.
