Become a part of our talented deugro team, as we look for a Key Account Manager in Roissy CDG (Paris), France.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Create Customer Mapping, strategic Business Plan, Budget, engagement model for assigned Key Accounts, with the support from Global/Regional Key Account Managers
- Pro-actively align/engage with Global/Regional/Country Account Managers, local Project Manager, and Sales Support teams, to make contribution to network RFQ's
- Identify business opportunities from assigned Key Accounts and take ownership/leadership in Country/local controlled RFQ's
- Manage and update Sales Pipeline and CRM, as well as support and execute business implementation, including rate filing, SOP creation, Credit Application, etc.
- Have regular communications/business review meetings with Customers and pro-actively give feedbacks to internal stakeholders/colleagues, to ensure and continuously improve the
- service quality committed to the Customers
- Support Risk Assessment and operation team to solve Claims and complaints from Customers
- with in-depth analysis and investigation, create Corrective Action Plans
- Create sales leads and share with the deugro Jakarta network
- Follow and responsible working process with deugro QHSES and Compliance system

**Skills, knowledge, and expertise**:

- Minimum 3 year experience in similar position and industry
- The ability to build rapport with key client as well as handle multiple client accounts
- Strong negotiation and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- These qualities characterize you: analytical, results-driven, assertiveness, the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Fluent English & French: both spoken & written. Able to lead meetings and issue minutes in both languages
