As our next** Manager, RGM Pack Price Architecture (PPA), **you will enable the development of BIC's PPA playbook and will be partnering with the RGM and local markets to implement and execute specific PPA initiatives. In addition, you will be the lead the build - up of PPA capability across the organization in partnership with the senior manager. This role will be responsible for tight collaboration across multiple cross - functional stakeholders. **What You’ll Do**: - You will partner the Senior Manager to create the BIC PPA playbook and methodology and its implementation globally - You will collaborate with the Senior Manager and cross functional teams in building, deploying and scaling PPA focused tools to help the business better delight consumers, shoppers, customers and internal stakeholders through creating incremental value - You will support the global RGM community in developing a consumer and shopper centric approach to portfolio, pack and price management. - You will hold PPA Capability building sessions with wider organization to infuse PPA principles into ways of working and build required RGM expertise. - You will interact with 3rd party data and research vendors to obtain relevant data applicable to the market where relevant. - You will provide ad hoc support on RGM-related** **matters to other functions and markets, to help them meet and exceed their budgeted revenue targets and continually improve margins. **What We're Looking for in You**: - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related analytical field - At least 2-3 years of prior revenue management experience required - 3+ years of business experience in a data and analytics role within FMCG/CPG - Previous experience in creating and implementing pack-price architecture frameworks - Previous role in Shopper, Category or Marketing will be advantageous - Ability to work collaboratively across different functions in the organization - Proven success developing and implementing RGM initiatives within an FMCG environment - Must have strong commercial analysis skills - Experience of working with shopper research methods such as Discrete Choice Modelling, Conjoint etc. is beneficial - Knowledge of IRI, GFK, and NielsenIQ systems will be a plus - Results-oriented leader with proven track record for delivering sustainable results - Good interpersonal skills, especially influencing skills - Strong change management capabilities are a plus BIC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
