Operations Manager

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement operational strategies to ensure smooth business operations
- Identify opportunities for growth and make recommendations to senior management
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the business, including managing employees and overseeing finances
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, clients, and partners
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
- Continuously monitor and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of business processes
- Create and maintain budgets and financial forecasts
- Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to drive business growth
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Proven experience in operational or project management, or experience working with a start-up
- Demonstrable entrepreneurial flair and experience starting a business from scratch
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of financial management and budgeting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in French and English
