En parallèle de ta mission client, tu seras amené(e) à mentorer une équipe de 5 à 6 Product Designers en interne. Ton objectif sera de faire progresser ton équipe jour après jour sur leur métier et de les accompagner dans leurs parcours de carrière chez Hubvisory.

Tu auras pour responsabilité d’animer ta “Hub’Team” au quotidien : déjeuners d’équipe, retours d'expériences, design review, évènements ponctuels etc.

Placé(e) sous la responsabilité directe de la CEO d’Atom, tu auras un rôle central au sein de notre organisation. En tant que manager, tu seras amené à travailler sur les chantiers stratégiques de l’entreprise (process internes, positionnement marché, gestion des carrières )

**Et en interne,** tu auras la possibilité d’évoluer sur des postes à fortes responsabilité:

- en renforçant ton expertise managériale, jusqu’à devenir le bras droit de CEO et intervenir dans la gestion opérationnelle de la start-up Atom
- en prenant des rôles plus entrepreneuriaux : soit en gérant l’ouverture d’un bureau en France ou à l’international ou en lançant une nouvelle offre parmi la galaxie Hubvisory

**Profil recherché**:
Aujourd’hui, notre Head of Design Team rêvé(e) aurait le profil suivant:

- Un minimum de 6 ans d’expérience professionnelle sur un poste de Product Designer
- Un minimum de 2 ans d’expérience sur un poste similaire (management d’équipe Design)
- Un dynamisme, un excellent relationnel et une aisance avec le contact client
- Une excellent sens de la pédagogie et une soif de transmettre son savoir et son expérience
- Une volonté de monter en compétences et d’acquérir sans cesses de nouveaux savoirs
- Une rigueur et une forte capacité d’analyse
- Une forte pro-activité
- Une forte capacité à embarquer un collectif
