**Why We Open This Position?**

As we expand our product offerings and explore new culinary territories, the need for a creative and strategic Food Innovation Manager has become crucial. This role will spearhead our efforts to continuously innovate and improve our product ranges across all brands, ensuring alignment with our high standards and customer expectations

**Your Responsibilities**
- ** Menu Development**: Conceptualise and develop new menus for emerging brands, infusing creativity and simplicity into each recipe.
- ** Seasonal Innovations**: Create and introduce seasonal items regularly for existing brands, aligning with market trends and customer preferences.
- ** Project Management**: Efficiently manage projects from conception to execution, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards.
- ** Operations Collaboration**: Work closely with the operations team to streamline processes and logistics for recipe execution.
- ** Create SOPs**, allergen & shelf life documents to ensure kitchen partners can operate brands safely and to a high standard.
- ** Brand Alignment**: Ensure all recipes and menus align with the brand ethos and customer expectations for each QSR brand.
- ** Culinary Research**: Stay informed about the latest food trends and innovations, incorporating them into recipe development and menu planning.
- ** Feedback Integration**: Actively seek and integrate feedback from cross-functional teams to improve recipes and operational efficiency.

**Is It Really For Me?**
- Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts, Food Science, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in recipe development or a related role, preferably in the QSR industry.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Creative mindset with a passion for culinary arts and food innovation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of industry trends, food safety, and nutrition.
- Languages: Proficiency in both English and French is essential; additional language skills are a plus.
