We are seeking a top performing Client Director with digital advertising experience to become a strategic leader within a high performing team, who will drive revenue and increase client satisfaction, cultivate strong relationships, and deliver customized product solutions aligning to client needs. The Client Director will be responsible for a portfolio of Corporate customers in France.

**Responsibilities**:

Strong coordination with internal resources for execution of core tasks. Awareness and understanding of all required billing and compliance requirements. Contribute to quality and actionable Client Plans.
**Healthy predictable pipeline to deliver quota expectations**:Consistently create high value revenue-generating opportunities for Microsoft Advertising. Lead regular, impactful engagements with key clients. Grow revenue across client portfolio by highlighting missed opportunities using data driven insights with budget decision makers to meet or exceed total quota and grow book relative to market
**Fluent advocate of the Microsoft Advertising and One Microsoft Story**: Educate clients on how the Microsoft Advertising platform and existing features help them to reach their business goals and execute on budgets. Ensure regular client engagement with the Microsoft Advertising platform, and aim to reduce customer reliance on AM for routine tasks. Develop an understanding of the wider Microsoft ecosystem and how this can deliver on the customer’s marketing objectives.
**Collaborative and high-performing account team**:Support Account Managers to ensure timely and proactive customer escalations by effectively leveraging internal partner network to resolve day-to-day escalations & revenue blockers. Capture feedback and influence solutions internally. Ensure a timely and efficient customer transition process (Red Carpet) and operational excellence in change management book of business updates
**Continuous learning and professional growth**: Continually strengthen your Microsoft advertising expertise by proactively identifying and actioning knowledge gaps. Take personal accountability for your development through a career development plan and regular check-ins with your manager.
**Qualifications**:
- Native or full working proficiency of French is required
- Must have experience of Digital (Search and/or Native) Marketing Sales and Service
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience required
- Proven track record of exceptional performance, high productivity, communications skills and meeting deadlines
- Excellent networking & stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed revenue goals or targets
- Proven ability to understand customer needs, create and deliver customized, customer-focused pitches and solutions
- Effectively navigate through ambiguity and complexities related to client management
- Talented in storytelling and delivering engaging presentations across all levels of leadership
- Ability to navigate customer sales negotiations and technical presentations in person and virtually
- Solid knowledge of the search industry in France, trends, customers’ needs, Microsoft’s strategy and ability to use knowledge to pitch applicable solutions to clients
- Passion for technology as an enabler for company growth
- Ability to travel up to 30%, as appropriate
