**What you will do**

In TheFork we are working towards making love, care, trust and pride become easily
recognisable values for our customers. The role of UX Research is essential in
accomplishing this. Joining TheFork UX Research team, you will become part of a
diverse and rich environment, which will contribute to your personal and professional
growth.
You will participate in tactical and strategical projects, that aim at gathering knowledge
about human behaviour, human interaction with technology, as well as testing and
evaluating specific solutions and concepts. Working with Product Designers, Product
Managers and Senior UX Researchers, you will participate in a cross functional
collaborative processes which we use to generate and evaluate ideas and product
solutions, aligned with customer needs and business goals.
- You will work either in B2C (Diners Experience) or B2B (Restaurant Experience) flow,
assisting a Senior UX Researcher on a variety of projects.
- Your responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:

- Working with Product Designers on planning and setting up research projects to do
evaluative and generative research
- Using a remote testing platform for running unmoderated and moderated tests
- Analysing and synthesising results to be shared with a variety of stakeholders
- Assisting in creating and managing user panels, recruiting test participants

**Who you are**
- Recently graduated or currently pursing a Masters Degree in Psychology,
Anthropology, Human Factors, Human-Computer Interaction, UX Research/Design UX Research and/or relevant field of study
- Curious about the different ways people interact amongst themselves and with the technology
- An academic interest in topics related to interaction design and cognition
- A good knowledge of general research principles
- Medium to high knowledge of statistics skills
- Strong communication skills
- Fluent English, with native Spanish or French
- Academic Research
- There is a possibility to conduct academic research study for a Master's Degree in
collaboration with TheFork UX Research Team, if a common theme is identified
