**Key Responsibilities**
Leads.io is seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Lead for our Digital PR department. In this role, you will lead a team of 3 link builders and PR specialists, driving innovative PR campaigns and link-building strategies to enhance brand visibility and online presence.
You’ll be working within a small and close team that’s part of a larger organization. This structure offers the opportunity to make a big impact while collaborating closely with others. You’ll benefit from the resources and support of the larger company while enjoying the freedom and creativity of a smaller team.
Other responsibilities are:
- Lead and motivate a young and ambitious team
- Running Leads.io's Digital PR team day-to-day
- Quality control - you'll guarantee our campaign output is the best it can be
- Communication with various stakeholders (SEO, Content teams) to keep everything running smoothly
- Pointing out issues when they arise and acting upon them
- Working alongside the team in Ideation Stations, our internal PR brainstorming sessions
- Inspiring the team in their everyday creativity
- Identifying new opportunities for our various brands' passive and active Digital PR efforts
- Analysing and reporting on our Digital PR performance in multiple markets
- Developing Digital PR strategies for new markets

**Your qualifications**
- You have at least 2 years of management experience + 2 years of experience in Digital PR
- Being social and open to feedback sounds like you
- You speak flawless English
- You have a keen eye for detail
