As a **Backend Developer**, you will play a crucial role in building and scaling the backend infrastructure that powers our product. You will ensure high performance, reliability, and seamless integration with various platforms while working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.

**Your Mission**
- Develop & optimize APIs (REST/GraphQL) for partner integrations (ATS, CRM, HR tools).
- Ensure performance & scalability, working with FastAPI, PostgreSQL, Redis, Kafka.
- Deploy & maintain CI/CD pipelines (Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/GCP).
- Collaborate with AI engineers and product teams in a fast-moving startup environment.

**Who you are ?**

**Technical Skills**
- Expert in Python (FastAPI/Flask) & API-first architectures (3 years minimum)
- Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and real-time processing.
- Experience with database optimization, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), and CI/CD pipelines.
- Ability to understand and implement external API documentation fast.
- Bonus : you've been in a scaling companie.
- Bonus 2 : you speak French, Spanish, Italian or German
