**Backend Developer: one full-time vacancy in Paris**

**The Tech Team**

As a Backend Developer, you will join a dynamic team of three senior backend developers. Our team leverages a robust technical stack including AWS, Django, Jenkins, Ansible, ElasticSearch, Postgres, and Redis to deliver cutting-edge solutions.

**Your Responsibilities**
- Integrate financial data from various providers (e.g., Morningstar, Bloomberg, Reuters, S&P Capital IQ) and ESG and Climate data sources (e.g., CDP, ISS, Vigéo Eiris, Trucost, RepRisk, Clarity AI).
- Integrate new tools and libs developed by our R&D team.
- Develop endpoints for our frontend and API services.
- Create and manage background batch jobs to ensure data quality.
- Optimise system response times for enhanced performance.
- Work on data automations (batches and live processing).
- SRE monitoring.

**Your Profile**
- At least 3 years of software development experience with Python and a REST framework like Django.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Extreme Programming (XP), Scrum, and/or Kanban.
- A proven ability to write high-quality, well-tested code and comfort with object-oriented programming.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English or French. A master-level diploma is a plus.
