**Job description**:
We are seeking a dedicated Financial Partner to join Mantu and contribute to the integration of Epoka into our ecosystem. This role is crucial in deploying the finance strategy, overseeing financial operations, and supporting company growth as a strategic business partner to C-level executives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and implement financial operations, including budgeting, accounting, and cash management.
- Serve as a business partner, supporting operational needs with relevant financial strategies.
- Ensure compliance with group processes and develop new ones to support business projects and profitability.
- Manage financial performance through KPIs and reporting, providing corrective actions if needed.
- Lead and develop the finance and administrative teams, ensuring their growth.
- Drive process improvement and cost optimization initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- Master’s degree in finance, accounting, or business administration.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in communications or media.
- Expertise in financial management, controlling, tax and audit.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
- Fluency in English and French.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial softwares.
- Knowledge of AI tools (ChatGPT, PowerAutomate) is a plus.
