Our full suite of INSTI tests is greater than 99% accurate and have a world-wide footprint of regulatory approvals including US FDA, Health Canada, World Health Organization Prequalification and CE mark for Europe. bioLytical markets its HIV point-of-care tests, HIV self-tests and dual HIV/Syphilis Multiplex point-of-care tests globally. With a strong product pipeline from our research team, we are developing new solutions to tackle some of the world’s most concerning health issues, including COVID-19.

The Opportunity*
We are looking for a mission driven Account Management superstar to cultivate and develop a deep understanding of our INSTI product and build strong relationships throughout West/South/South East Europe (Resident of France), with both new and existing customers to achieve revenue expansion and increase customer retention.
As an Account Manager, you drive win-win relationships by understanding our customer’s goals and aligning them with our INSTI products. As the customer’s primary contact, you will be involved in all aspects of sales, support, account management, product selection, training and more. You will work in partnership with internal teams across bioLytical.

Responsibilities: *
**Drive Customer Success and Sales Outcomes**
- Efficiently prospect, cold-call & cultivate new business leads.
- Effectively shorten sales cycles through quoting, closing, and securing customer purchase orders.
- Increase customer satisfaction through key contacts and interactions that increase customer loyalty.
- Increase value through product adoption, customer satisfaction and overall health scores.
- Drive new business growth by identifying opportunities to reach revenue growth potential.
**Define and Optimize Customer Lifecycle**
- Listen to customers to map pathways towards deeper, more impactful partnerships.
- Develop both long term and short-term account-planning.
- Define segmentation of customer base and varying strategies.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Learn from best practices in industry while providing both market and customer feedback to marketing.

- Prospecting and needs assessments

**Measure Effectiveness of Customer Success**
- Define and track metrics to measure success.
- Develop reach and frequency call account coverage plan.
- Track all customer activity within CRM platform
- Uncover additional customer sales opportunities through regular territory sales analysis
**Inspire Customer Success Across the Company**
- Contribute to company-wide culture of our INSTI values.
- Align with Marketing to enact campaigns developed with customer needs in mind.
- Align with Sales activities focused on customer satisfaction and retention.
- Align with Sales Manager around receivables and forecasting current and future business.
- Align with your Leadership Team around key metrics and objectives.
- Drive company-wide definition of ideal customer
- Create company-wide customer feedback loop.
**What a typical day holds for you**
Each day, you will deliver exceptional outcomes and experiences by:
- Calling on various contacts within public health agencies, hosptials/clinics, prison systems, academic institutions, and AIDS service organizations to align INSTI brand value propositions with their objectives and effectively sell the value offering.
- Ongoing training (web & in-person), maintaining consistent contact with customers.
- Developing and monitoring a quarterly forecast to budgets.
- Securing orders and ensuring fulfillment and delivery in a timely and efficient manner.
- Collaborating to enact strategies for growth in the assigned region.
- Identifying and monitoring competitive activities.
- Collaborating with the team to develop and enact targeted sales/marketing programs with key customers.
